THE SANCTUARY - A DESIGN THAT SUITS ITS ENVIRONMENT
Strong emphasis on the horizontal line is created by the long white beams that overhang the entertainment parts of the Mall. Joining the upper stories together in a vertical fashion, makes the building more congruent visually. The eatery decks set on the water, offer a tranquil environment unmatched by other restaurants in the Strand / Somerset area. The mall was developed by Abacus (lead by Gavin Blows), who are leading developers with the popular Waterstone Mall on their portfolio.
